Payment obligations, billing schedules, deposits, prepaid balances, refunds, credits, cancellations, and related commercial terms are governed by the applicable written agreement, order form, proposal, invoice, or checkout page.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, text, designs, frameworks, templates, graphics, videos, processes, and materials provided by Leagence are owned by Leagence or its licensors.
